    The Role

    Lead demand generation campaigns targeting foundation professionals. Build HubSpot automation, execute LinkedIn/email campaigns, and create content that connects our platform with foundations ready to transform how they support grantees.

    Key Responsibilities

    Demand Generation (40%)

    • End-to-end campaign strategy and execution

    • Multi-channel campaigns (content, email, LinkedIn)

    • Lead generation targeting foundations ($2M-$800M giving)

    Content & Organic Growth (35%)

    • LinkedIn content strategy and CEO posting

    • Content creation: guides, email copy, landing pages

    • Work with designer for visual content

    Marketing Automation (25%)

    • HubSpot workflows and email automation

    • Landing page optimization and conversion tracking

    • Growth analytics and performance reporting

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years B2B marketing with content/demand gen focus

    • HubSpot experience

    • Nonprofit Technology SaaS experience strongly preferred

    Ideal Candidate

    • Full stack marketing experience

    • Startup experience, with bias for action

    • Strong writer and leader who can work autonomously

    • Understanding of nonprofit/foundation sector
