Having a starting place is supportive

Resilia has been helpful for PUENTES in several ways.

For one, the templates have been supportive because creating things from scratch, or "reinventing the wheel" can be very daunting. Having a starting place is supportive so that I can simply edit the documents, or build on the templates to make them more relevant to PUENTES. Each template or written resource also has some informational videos that complement them that explains more of the "why" in relatively simple terms.

Much of the information found online is wordy and almost seems intentionally inaccessible in some ways, but Resilia’s videos break things down in ways that I can understand.

I appreciate the search and filter functions in Resilia's Academy because rather than sifting through loads of information, I can search through resources that are specific to my program's needs.

I had one 1:1 coaching session which re-grounded me in some next moves for PUENTES. I am excited to use more of the features and tap into the discussion forums as well as the group coaching sessions!

Lastly, Resilia staff seem very accessible to contact and answer questions, I appreciate having the option to reach out to real-life-humans.
