The Duke Endowment Partners with Resilia to Support Their Investing in Leaders of Color Fellowship

Partnership to support nonprofits in the Investing in Leaders of Color Fellowship throughout North Carolina and South Carolina

New Orleans, La. - Resilia, a social enterprise with offices in New Orleans and New York City, is partnering with The Duke Endowment to empower and support BIPOC-led grassroots nonprofit organizations.

The Duke Endowment enriches lives and strengthens communities in North Carolina and South Carolina. Their mission is to support nonprofit partners as they nurture children, promote health, educate minds, and uplift spirits, focusing on child and family well-being, healthcare, higher education, rural church, and communities. Resilia’s partnership will enable them to support leaders who are current fellows in their Investing in Leaders of Color Fellowship through capacity-building programs, learning development, and technology solutions.

“The Duke Endowment strongly believes in racial equity, diversity and inclusion. That's why we support Investing in Leaders of Color, a capacity-building project that supports leaders serving communities of color across the Carolinas,” comments Tamika Williams, Associate Director, Child and Family Well-Being. “We are delighted to partner with Resilia, which will provide these leaders with technology and ongoing support through capacity-building resources, nonprofit coaching and a peer-to-peer collective.”

"Our partnership with The Duke Endowment is a powerful opportunity to invest in the success of leaders of color. By providing funding, professional development, and capacity-building support to their teams, we aim to elevate and empower these leaders to make a greater impact in their communities,” said Resilia CEO and Founder Sevetri Wilson. “We are thrilled to be working with such a highly influential and respected organization, and we look forward to the positive change this partnership will bring."
