Wealth of information and access to experienced professionals

The Resilia platform is a strong resource, and our team has barely scratched the surface. The coaching and consulting opportunities are particularly interesting, and we have multiple team members who can benefit from the training aspects of this tool, both new and seasoned employees. The Resilia team has been very responsive and thoughtful in helping us understand the tool, and we are now moving into the time of year to better onboard our team with the tool.

At this point in time, we have more to do to increase our capacity with the tool. We are pleased with the wealth of information and access to experienced professionals.

The most positive impact to date is with the volunteer resources. Our volunteer coordinator position has turned over twice in a year, and it's great to provide our new staff with this knowledge base. Again, much more to explore!
