Through a combination of an online platform, 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning, nonprofits and community partners are able to build mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them.

Corporations sponsor the Resilia program for nonprofits and community partners, to enable three entry points into capacity building and storytelling. Nonprofits then get to decide what support they need, how and when, depending on their organizational needs, urgency and preferred mode of support.
