Frequently asked questions

  • Resilia Donations is available on every Resilia Nonprofit Platform plan level, including the free Starter tier. There is a flat-rate 6% processing fee that is applied to received donations, but nonprofits typically just realize a 1-2% fee since most donors elect to cover fees.

    Resilia Donations flat-rate fee includes all payment processing fees, credit card fees, transfer fees, fraud check fees, and a Resilia platform fee.

  • Yes! Resilia Donations uses payment encryption technology and security. Payments are processed securely through our PCI compliant payments partner Stripe.

  • To get set up with Resilia Donations, go to the Donations section of the platform and start the quick setup process. You will be asked to submit your organization’s business details (EIN, Business Address, Website URL) and your organization’s banking details for where to receive payouts (Bank account and routing numbers).

    Once you’ve completed the quick setup, you’ll be able to customize your Donations Page (this is what your supporters will see when they click to make a donation). Here you can add images, like your logo or images of your service, and copy, like your mission and how donations make an impact.
