  • Your organization can earn 1 point per day, per each type of activity your account’s team members complete. Points are added up daily, and each day is a clean slate for activities.

    Example scenarios:

If two team members were to each download two Academy templates in the same day, that would count as 1 point since it’s all the same activity.

If one team member were to download a template and make a post in Community, and another team member were to download a template and complete a task in a Goal on the same day, that would total three points because there are three separate activities being completed in one day.

The next day would be open to earn points for all activities again!

  • Resilia doesn’t share any organization’s in-app activity data without consent. So none of the point totals will be shared publicly.

If you have a sponsored account, send an email to your nonprofit partnership manager and request your point total.

If you have a paid resilia account, please reach out to support@resilia.com to request your point total.

  • Yes! We’re happy to accommodate all types of organizations.

The prize value can be gifted in the form of gift cards for you to use to fit your needs.

  • Team members whose organizations have a Performance Plan or Sponsored Plan are eligible to participate and earn points for their organization.
