Feels exciting instead of overwhelming

"Justice Outside’s offering of Resilia has been a tool that’s valuable beyond estimation.

As a new nonprofit that’s still powered by only a few people, the resources that Resilia offers on every topic of nonprofit operation has helped us through many a hill and valley. Especially the fundraising and storytelling tools, these are what we’ve utilized the most so far; however, with the continuation of this cohort we plan to dive deep into the education.

The 1:1 coaching itself is golden. When people trying to do good work don’t have access to these types of resources, organizations suffer. A 15-minute session with a coach can help you find the track, get on the track, stay on the track, or if need by get off the track and pivot. The coaches are super nice, approachable, and each session feels like I’m talking with a friend who is genuinely interested in the success of my organization. Never has an interaction with a coach or a training felt transaction.

It took me a minute to get onboarded because the process felt overwhelming and I needed a little help getting started. Justice Outside reached out and asked how they could be of assistance and helped connect me with someone at Resilia that walked with me those first couple of steps, and it meant all the difference. I’m now a more confidence user of this powerful platform, which now feels exciting instead of overwhelming.
