Every nonprofit is unique and so are their capacity needs. Yet they find it difficult to access capacity-building solutions that meet them where they are. Funders partner with Resilia to enable customized nonprofit capacity-building programs, prioritizing grantees doing grassroots work and/or serving historically marginalized communities.

Through a combination of an online platform, 1:1 nonprofit coaching and peer-to-peer learning, grantees are able to build mission-facing and back office capacity in a manner that best suits them.

Funders sponsor the Resilia program for grantees to enable three entry points into capacity-building and storytelling. Grantees then get to decide what support they need, how and when, depending on their organizational needs, urgency and preferred mode of support.

Funder Dashboard

The Funder dashboard follows Trust Based Philanthropy principles to provide Funders cohort level data on their nonprofits program usage. The dashboard helps funders understand where the gaps are and where additional support is needed for their nonprofit partners. By utilizing the Funder Dashboard, funders can inform future grantmaking, reduce their own administrative burden, and no longer need to over survey nonprofits to understand their needs.

Funder Academy

Funder Academy helps to enhance their grantmaking processes and augment their relationship building with nonprofit partners. Access over 50 pieces of content on important topics such as Communications, Data & Impact, DEI, Grant Management, People Operations, Philanthropy, and Technology Solutions.

Elevate

All Funders sponsoring the funder program for their nonprofit partners are eligible to participate in Elevate. Launched in 2022, Elevate is a community of over 50 grantmakers dedicated to centering the voices and expertise of BIPOC-led and serving grassroots organizations. We partner with funders who trust their grantees to know what resources they need, and support their access to those resources where and when they need it.
